Subscription Cost: a) The subscription fee for the first trial month is Rs 99/- (Indian Rupees Ninety-Nine Only). b) For subsequent months, the subscription fee is Rs 299/- (Indian Rupees Two Hundred Ninety-Nine Only). c) All subscription fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. Payment: a) Payment for the first trial month must be made in advance at the time of subscription. b) Payment for subsequent months will be automatically charged to the payment method on file unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. c) You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date payment information. Failure to do so may result in a disruption of the Service.
4. Subscription Duration: a) The subscription will begin on the date of successful payment and will continue on a monthly basis until cancelled. b) You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the subsequent month.
5. Service Access: a) Upon successful payment, you will be granted access to the community chat group where you can avail expert advice on various issues. b) Access to the Service is personal and non-transferable. You agree not to share your login credentials or provide unauthorized access to the Service. c) We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription and access to the Service in case of violation of these Terms and Conditions or any other misuse.
6. Intellectual Property: a) All content provided through the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of the Service provider and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. b) You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without prior written consent from the Service provider.

Any behaviour that violates the group guidelines or disrupts the quality of the community, as determined by us, may result in immediate removal from the group without refund. c) We reserve the right to monitor the community chat group to ensure compliance with the guidelines and take appropriate action, including removal, for any violations. d) You understand that the purpose of the community chat group is to provide expert advice on various issues, and any discussions or advice exchanged within the group are for informational purposes only. We do not endorse or take responsibility for the accuracy or consequences of any advice given by other community members.

11. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karnataka, India.
